Arcola Theatre offers a diverse range of unpaid internship and volunteering opportunities.

Whether you have specific skills you want to develop, want to find out about the many different careers available in theatre, or just want to meet people and work in an interesting environment; come join the Arcola team!

We actively encourage people from all backgrounds to join us - the only prerequisites are to be enthusiastic, friendly, reliable and committed to making Arcola even better.

FRONT OF HOUSE VOLUNTEERS:
Be the face of Arcola! As an usher and café/bar volunteer, you are at the heart of Arcola, helping create a unique experience for our audiences and the smooth running of our productions.
Time commitment: minimum of 2 evenings per month for at least 3 months from 6pm - 11:30pm.

INTERNS:
• Front of House and Event Management
• Technical Production
• Marketing and Arts Admin
• Youth and Community
• Arcola Energy & Sustainability

All internships require:
Time commitment: minimum of 3 days a week for 3 months
Minimum requirements: proven interest in pursuing a career in the area applying for, self-motivation, good communication skills and open mindedness!
All our internships are unpaid and based on normal working hours 10-6pm, plus one evening a month. We strive to increase intern’s employability through exposure to widest possible range of work, real responsibility and high level of independence.
